They have to cut their tree, mow their lawn, take their trash out. The list goes on & on. The Grandfather moved out & I believe the Mother has also left. There is only Teenagers living there.

I have been in contact with the Pinellas County Clerk of Court's office and was informed that the property was sold via Public Auction on 7/5/17. I was also informed that the Title was issued to the new owner yesterday, 7/19/17. I am currently awaiting documentation reflecting the new ownership from the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's office. Once this information has been updated and received, I will then be getting in contact with the new owner regarding the violations. Thank you.

Please update us on the progress of the New Ower. Nothing has changed at this point regarding the grass. It is well over 3ft tall. We emphasize on the grass bcz of all the snakes & rats! Ms. Visser, I met Mrs. Savage at her property a few days ago to document all of her concerns regarding this property and discuss our process. I have issued a formal enforcement document to the new property owner per the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's website. The new owner's were given 10 days to get the property into compliance. I am hopeful that I will hear from them soon. However, upon my re-inspection of the property on 8/21/17, should the violations remain, I will be increasing enforcement action at that time. This issue has been submitted for a Special Magistrate/Code Enforcement Board hearing. This hearing is scheduled for September 27, 2017.

The hearing is still scheduled to take place on September 27, 2017. We have documented the existing violations and discussed them with the property owner. Concerned neighbors can attend the Special Magistrate Hearing if they choose, however you and your parents have not been required to do so. The property owner has been notified to attend. There is a tenant at 3555 applewood terrace in the rear that keeps two dogs outside all day and night and those dogs just bark the entire time. All hours of the night. It's 3 am now and they just don't stop barking.
