I have observed the property and am conducting research.

I have contacted the Building Development Department Inspections Supervisor and have asked him make an evaluation of the condition of the wall. A site plan for the property is being obtained to determine the amount of trees required at property.

Upon inspection of wall and trees by the Building Department Inspections Supervisor he has determined that there are sufficient trees along the wall to meet the current requirements, however the wall is in need of repairs. I have issued a formal enforcement document to perform necessary repairs to the wall.

I disagree. If you look at the block between 43rd and 44th St you will see that 3 trees in a row have died and none have been replaced and the area now has no trees. And the wall has some holes in it and is dicolored. An eye sore to the neighborhood.

They are slowly repairing the wall, but now there is trash littering the area. Can they clean it up? Looks awfull. And there needs to be trees replaced in the block between 43rd and 44th streets, very bare thru there and trees died and were not replaced.
