612 14th,st has overgrown grass in front and back. 608 14th,st has a car with a flat tire parked on the road that has been abandoned for well over 24 days consecutively. 608 14th,st parks their van over the sidewalk all the time. 608 14th,st sump pumps water flooding the sidewalk past 604 14th,st with a garden hose over the sidewalk making a pedestrian hazard. Standing water on the sidewalk and the road harbors mosquito larva and stinks like a swamp. I do not want to have to see this out my window any longer. Please have these issues resolved.
