The vehicle is legally parked at location and not in violation. I am however attempting to make contact with the property owner and have been monitoring the vehicle to make determination if it operational which could be a violation. I will be continuing to monitor and will keep this issue update. Our Departments normal office hours are M-F from 8:00am - 5:00pm. If the other issues are occurring outside these hours you may contact the Police Department non-emergency at 369-7864 and they will be able to address the issue.

The owner of the vehicle does not usually get home until around 630 here so I don't know how this can be legally park if it's touching the street or making it almost impossible to pass with another car coming in the opposite direction

Could a not be left at their door asking the to leave at least 2 feet clearance from the road?? If it was an official note from the city, them might start parking away from the road

Parking even further on the road now with the double yellow line this should not be allowed

Our Department has contacted the Police Department Traffic Division and have requested them to observe the issue and update us with there findings.

The Police Department has observed the vehicle and reported that based on where the vehicle was located at the time of there observation, no violations was observed. The Police have informed that they will be monitoring the vehicle and should it become a violation they will address the issue. Our Department will also continue to be monitoring the property.
