Beschreibung

Yard is extremely overgrown. Home is in disrepair. Animals and snakes have been accumulating in the yard and with that comes the smell of accumulated animal excrement and dangerous reptiles coming into our yard where our children play. We are very tired of having to report this neighbor every few months.
