This couch has been here for many many weeks. A few weeks ago it was re-reported by a neighbor. On 06-03 the issue was declared closed and 'fixed' by the city official! This is not true! It is now over a week later and nothing changed! Escept now people are piling more trash on the couch! Fix it!
