This has been reassigned as Pothole Repair. This pothole requires attention beyond consideration for full street repair. Sending to Highway crew. -JG

Thank you for reporting this issue. An internal work order, #28660, has been generated and sent to the
Highway Department to assess and make the necessary repair(s) as soon as possible. An update will be posted as information from the crew becomes available.

A supervisor went to this site yesterday and determined that there may be a sewer line issue causing these road problems, rather than a pothole that can just be filled. A contractor is going to come in to look at the sewer line today. We'll provide updates as we get them.

The Water Department has investigated this issue and has had National Water camera this line. We found the drain line to have a collapse in it. So when it rains and the pipe fills causing one the joints to break, causing this sink hole. We have this on the schedule to be fixed as soon as we can. There are also multiple tickets open for this issue. We will be keeping this ticket along with FDID W/O 3 28660 open to keep everyone updated on this progress of this issue.
