The sidewalk on West Davis has been torn up for at least 9 months. The city came out 2 weeks ago and torn it up some more and then covered sections of it with plastic. The plastic is now collecting rain water and breeding mosquitoes. The sidewalk is frequently used and has caused some of our elderly residents to fall and hurt themselves. It is ridiculous that it is taking so long to repair. We would greatly appreciate attention to this matter. Thank you!
