Thank you for using SeeClickFix. A property owner has the authority to tow unauthorized vehicles off of "private property". Any tow company can help you through the process. My recommendation would be to leave a note on the windshield alerting the driver that the vehicle is on private property and it is your intention to have the vehicle removed from your property if it continues to be parked there.
