Trailer parked less than 3 feet from structure.

Thank you for the photos. Regarding the trailer, there is no specification in our Code of Ordinances regulating the distance between the structure and the trailer. Since I am unable to see the tag from the right-of-way or when I walked up to the door to speak with the property owner and no one was home for me to verify whether or not it is expired, I cannot walk onto their property specifically to look at the tag as that is against the law. I will however return during different times to see if I can observe any vehicles obstructing the sidewalk.
