Insta Quick Oil Change was issued an order to comply on May 9th. They are permitted legally thirty days to come into compliance. They are to submit drawings for a sign permit, we will then review the permit and any illegal non code compliant signs will be requested to come down or come into compliance if that is possible. If the owner fails to comply then we legally can take them to the code board where a special magistrate will decide their fate, again there is time involved in this.
