Description
I reported this two days ago and now there is MORE discarded stuff here; someone has hung clothes on the fence. What makes this a dumping ground? The Cancer Society Discovery Shop is right up the block and they are happy to take these things--instead, they get abandoned here and then get dirty and unusable.
