Q. Please describe the traffic issue (i.e., speeding, traffic lights, etc.)
A. 30 to 50 cars have been parked every Monday and Tuesday morning along Harvard Ave and Boston Ave during weekly street sweeping hours. The street sweeping signs say cars will be towed during the no parking hours. Can parking rules be enforced? The street sweeper has had to drive around the parked cars missing large portions of the street.
