There are two semi-trailers on the backside of this property the are unsecured. The fence in in disrepair, therefore kids are going onto the property and removing large pieces of styrofoam. The City removed five pieces last week from the drainage area and there are 3 more there this morning. Please remove the 3 pieces in the drainage area, directly east of the trailers. Have the property owners secure the trailers so the dozens of items still in the trailers are not pulled out again and again. The repair of the fence would probably go along way in addressing this issue since is a great deal of items scattered on the backside of the property. You have to reach the property from the CSX right away, or from the opening at 68 AV N and 52 Ln N.
