Description

Light is not working properly. On most morning 5:50 am when coming down groveland the light on Martin turns yellow than red than green again . It will do this 2 or 3 times before green on groveland. The light just does not work like it is suppose to. Why does this light work 24/7. You sit on groveland waiting for the light to change. You end up going thought it. No traffic in sight on Martin. Please fix this light
