REVISED STATEMENT:The issue you reported unfortunately can not be resolved by the Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” This area is CSX Railroad property and the County does not have jurisdiction in their right-of-way. We have reached out CSX to have them cleanout their ditches since it carries public storm water, but we do not have a timeframe. Please contact the Pinellas County Sheriff Office concerning the transient population living there.
