The area under and around the 880 freeway is full of garbage and shopping carts and graffiti and people that yell at pedestrians and are threatening. We have lived down in this area for years and it has gotten more intolerable to walk anywhere and is at a point that the illegal use of the streets has infringed on the rights of the legal tax payers. The City ought to pick up and discard all the garbage and shopping carts. In some areas, the wet garbage is 10 feet high, not to mention the constant rummaging through the garbage cans and scribbling on all the walls and sidewalks and private property. These people are ruining the city.
