We noticed a gold sedan with a license plate half off, 4YC 476, at our neighbor's house, with two men, one African American, one Caucasian, both in suits. No official ID displayed, they knocked on our neighbor's door. Their behavior appeared suspicious, as though they were looking to potentially enter without permission.
