Description
Guy has been parking his massive boat in his front yard for the past 2 weekends in a row, shows up thursday and doesnt leave until monday, just sits there.
Something needs to be done about this address as hes constantly parking in his front yard and running his property like some sort of storage yard for vehicles, boat constantly in front yard at times, when not the boat hell have a truck parked in his front yard or another vehicle, prior to that he was storing a broken down car and trailer in his front yard.
All the houses around there look good to real nice, except for his which looks like an abandon house.
Please fix this never ending problem

yup, resident is still rotating his 3 vehicle thru his front yard, 2 trucks and a boat, usually parks one up in his front yard while keeping 2 on the street.
house kind of reminds me of one of those junky used car lots where they'll sell anything with a motor.

no problem little bird, doubtful the city will act tho as most the time the resident parks in the yard is after business hours so when city is working and doing checks hes not in the yard so they just keep closing the case, seems alot thru the neighborhood all do the same, park in yards on off hours and mmove the vehicles during regular work hours.
what you going to do? kinda seems like people dont care much when you report a code violation and little is done,

#Probably you have done a case search by clicking on the link from the Mayors Action Center looked at all the inspectors comments & actions? This is all public info., everybody can read it & very few folks seem to know. Seems to me on at least 1 of those 'inspection' days, the boat was there, BUT MAYBE IT WAS . 2 different inspectors worked this case which further muddles things (not uncommon). The devil is in the details in the case reports; I have discovered 'night' inspections before dark, so keep track, take pix. don't give up.

its usually at dark or after city business hours the yard parking is usually happening, I remember when i first moved in to the neighborhood they hammered me over some ladders stored next to my shed neatly in backyard for months, was around 2 months i was getting warning letters from codes on a weekly basis, yet then i see the codes people take a very easy stance with others.
what they really need to do is after the 3rd or 4th report and violation they should start watching harder on future violations and go from a warning to an instant fine when caught
