Description

There has been a camper parked on W. Trinity Street near Water Street for over a week. It is obvious that someone it living in it. Isn't there a city ordinance against camping on city streets?
It is also an eyesore and a possible danger since it is unknown who is living inside. Drug dealer, predator, etc??? I worry about kids walking by it.
