What can be done to encourage the developer to get to work?

At this point the grass/weeds are very out of control too. Any plans to ask developer to do something?

Finally a permit box in the yard

It's been torn down and now there's an empty lot with a silt fence. Still an eyesore

Still vacant... Lots of weeds and a sagging silt fence

Decatur has repaired the sidewalk because there has been ZERO effort to move forward in building anything on this lot. Lots of weeds/grass, sagging silt fence, and dug up dirt. This developer (Gus Pounds Homes) should be censured!! 😠

Thanks C. Hardnett -- could you advise on what the outcome will be?

A permit was issued to the developer and as long as the lot is clear of trash, debris, tall weeds and grass the lot can remain vacant as long as the permit is active.
