Description
A city contractor removed two panels last week to work on water pipes. One panel still needs to be replaced and is currently only dirt, but the panel they put back, is too low/sunken. It also was not filled in around it so it drops an inch or more from surrounding panels in some areas and has an opening approximately an inch wide in places around the edges. This is very danger, especially at night, and a number of people have already tripped on this "lip" with one woman catching a high heel and falling very hard. It's important these panels be level with the rest of the sidewalk and filled in around the edges. See more photos below.
