Description
Still massive amounts of mosquitos coming out of this cesspool of standing water. Constant complaints to county with no help or resolution to the problem. Now there is foam crud bubbling up from the bottom. Mosquitos are so thick at night we cannot enjoy our yard even in a screen room.
It is ridiculous how this has been ignored considering it's right next to Taylor Park and on the trail.
Next call will be to the TV stations.

I find it very frustrating that after complaining over 20 years this cannot be resolved.
Water does not run up hill it's as simple as that. The pipe end is below ground level.
