I am conducting research on the property regarding the trailers/structures in the rear of the property. As for the fence, although the gate is wood and does not match the white fencing around the property, it is functional and is not considered to be in disrepair.

I spoke with the property owner and he advised that he will be consulting with the Building Division and the Zoning Division regarding his trailers. I will follow up with him upon my return as I will be out of the office from Monday, April 24th through Friday, April 28th.

Per our City Ordinance, only one recreational vehicle/trailer is permitted in the front yard, but residents are allowed to keep additional recreational vehicles/trailers in their back yard/secondary front (corner lots). The property owner consulted with the Building Division regarding the modular/portable unit and the only requirement is that it is not placed in the setbacks.
