Why was this

I agree with Dave above, this issue should be re-opened. This issue has not be resolved, as the roadway is still collapsed. The city has provided barricades (for the last year), but no fix has been implemented, the road is badly damaged, the erosion continues, and another wet season is approaching. I contacted Jeff Krohn on this topic on 9/6/18 and he was going to look to advance this with multiple city disciplines. An update regarding the completion schedule would be greatly appreciated by all in the neighborhood.

This appears to be completely wrong. If you look at the request that you've referred me to, it says the issue is closed which is completely incorrect. I've called the call center and Jeff Krohn very recently on this topic. I'm going insane trying to get a useful response from the city and any sort of schedule for the issues resolution. It seems the only thing that the city wants to do is pass the response around and every department wants to close their portion so it never gets fixed. Who is in charge of this issue? I've reached out to Jeff, Mohammed, and others, and this website and it's been a complete waste of time - lots of attempts with no useful response. There is still a fall hazard, and drainage hazard and a severely damaged roadway, but this system says the issue is closed - it is not resolved. Please help!

There are multiple issue on SeeClickFix that reference Service Request #721326. It's not clear whether that SR is open or closed, but it needs to be kept open until the hazard has been addressed. Nothing has been done in the past 18 months to fix a collapsed and eroding roadway.
