Summons may have been issued but there is NO change as of today. I prefer to keep this open until the problem itself is resolved

this remains the same. absent landlord arrived yesterday to inspect building inside and NEVER placed anything out for pick up which they were informed was that evening. NEIGHBORS are placing the trash out. The city needs to come by and remove the items next MONDAY and CHARGE this landlord for the service
