Essex St. -- the entire south side of the block between Warren St. and Dudley / Van Vorst. I expect there are other blocks that need the same pruning, but that is the one I experienced directly. The lower branches on the building side need to be removed. They are slapping the building and windows with every slight breeze.
It's not really a lot of branches that need to come off, but the ones below the building line.
