I don't understand why people report this issue. Are there loud parties? If so, report them. Are there issues with parking, trash, other anything else that affects you, if so, report it. If a new set of people are staying in the house - how can you possibly know how long they are staying? Visitors to St Pete bring valuable revenue to the area. People who rent to visitors invest money into our neighborhoods, increasing property values for all.

I see no problem with short term rentals if the guests are courteous and quiet.
