I have observed the property and I did not observe the semi truck. I have made contact with the owner of the property and informed him that if he is parking the truck at the property it would be a violation of City Ordinance. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. should the violation occur outside our normal office hours you will need to contact the police department non-emergency at 369-7864 and they will address the issue. I will be monitoring the property for a brief period of time for any reoccurrences of the issue.
