I have observed the property at 6209 109th Terr to have fencing in disrepair and a dog in the back yard. Off 62nd St, I observed the fencing for this property to also be in disrepair and several spots in which the dog could put his nose thru. The dog never escaped property while at location. I have issued a formal enforcement document to the property owner and occupant for the fencing.

I am working with the property owner(s) to bring the property into compliance. The majority of the fence that was damaged and/or leaning has been replaced/repaired. I will continue to monitor this property to ensure that consistent progress is being made.
