I hope so because it will cause more road rage and people will not wait anymore than they do trying to get through. I work at Target and it is an accident waiting to happen. I have seen many close accidents already and am almost afraid to drive there. Horns are blown if you don't pull out fast enough because no one wants to wait.

We checked with the Michigan Department of Transportation on this. They have jurisdication over Hall Road/M-59. MDOT will be installing new traffic signals at Heydenreich at M-59 by end of September 2010.

Could you address the same issue on the south side of Hall/Heydenreich? Merging onto Hall Road from Heydenreich on that side of Hall Road is taking your life in your hands, especially when making a left into turnaround to go west on Hall Road. Traffic is backed up on Hall Road waiting to make the turnaround and it is very dangerous to be a vehicle hanging out onto Hall Road with traffic coming at 50 mph.

MDOT informed us that signals will be installed for north and south Heydenreich at Hall this fall, so that should take care of your issues as well.
