Boy have times changed. When I was kid in New Haven 45 years ago I was pushing my mini- bike to ride it at Yale field and a NHPD cop stopped me and told me if he saw me on the sidewalk pushing it again he would impound it. I never rode it on the walks or streets but today you're correct these guys, not kids, are stopping traffic and causing issues and it seems to be ok???

There's no fear of/respect for police . ATV riding "adults " near me have taught their kids as young as 5 to hide and run from police
And at 8 years old they're on full sized quads

Call the police when you them.

Community members are always welcome to notify their respective District Manager; however, it’s important that people don’t telephone their District Manager to report an incident which is currently taking place, but instead telephone the incident into the non-emergency line to have officers dispatched.
