Unlicensed auto repair shop next to Soultrans Seafood on Nebraska st. This illegal auto repair (no address) uses our local streets (Nebraska and Eldorado) to park their customer cars, leaving them unmoved for weeks and months. Parking is difficult for local residents and this operation has twenty to thirty cars parked both sides of Nebraska and Eldorado streets. We've cited this for YEARS and no one at city hall seems to want to do anything about it. Can't someone investigate this and help out a little?
