Poor repair of road following water main break. Water main broke in 2 spots on Millwheel Place. Repair of road was poorly done in both locations.

The patches are only temporary. Temporary patches are used to surface the area where the asphalt has been removed until the asphalt pavement can be replaced. You can expect some settling to occur this is normal and to be expected. We have two work orders open (#'s 244451 & 244995) to come back out to do permanent restoration in the summer. Should the patch sink to a dangerous level please call the Bureau of Utilities at 410-313-4900 and we will add additional patch.
