Your son didn't go on the property of the pet place right?? Then it's the daycares fault for not properly taking care of pests on their property. I'd complain to the daycare since it's their land. This is florida bugs are everywhere.

I visited the daycare center and spoke with both the owner and director and they both stated that they haven't observed fleas themselves or had any complaints about a flea problem or infestation. The owner also said that both the facility and the exterior of the property, including the playground, are treated regularly by a professional pest control company. I'm still curious about the pet spa behind the daycare. I know the daycare sprays. My concern is that the pet spa might have issues that need to be addressed.

I visited the pet spa today and spoke with the owner regarding your concerns. She assured me that she does not have fleas on the premises. She has a regular pest control service that treats the property regularly. I was able to walk the perimeter of the property and found no evidence of fleas and was even able to observe treatment pellets/residue on the ground in the yard. I have found there to be no violation and will be closing this case at this time.
