We've reported this mess for 3 years including submitting photos of the garbage, abandoned furniture and the abandoned vehicle. An agent comes out. They move stuff around. Get a bit hauled away, then within a couple of weeks it all gets brought back out from its hiding places. There's really no room for excuses anymore from the home owner OR the department and agent who is supposed to be conducting the followups. Agree - Maybe the city will/can do anything about this continued Blight on an otherwise well kept neighborhood.

To the mayors action center, can you tell us exactly how many open cases this residence has and if not currently open how many cases it's had over the past four years investigated?

At some point this property should qualify for nuisance abatement or some other program if code enforcement cannot handle the problem

My neighbor received a citation for a very very minor issue in his yard, yet these people live like the Sanford’s and no one does anything about it! Their yard is a junkyard, pigsty, an eyesore and an embarrassment to the neighborhood!!

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
