Similar issues along Hermosa and upper part of Mandalay. Recent patching of some cracks helped with water undermining the hillside, but the street is still crumbly and a pothole filled 3 times now outside 311 Mandalay is continuing to sink.

The City of Oakland fixed this issue on 03/07/2017, service request #710495.

It does not look fixed to me, at all.
