This issue was reported originally back in October. It was and again in December. It was closed both times marked as completed. This has NOT been completed. A note by Stewart Rosalind said this issue was completed on 02/11. Why does this case keep getting closer if not completed?

Please have the city schedule a pickup of this waste. It's a rotted tree that gets in the way of the trash trucks every week, and makes it difficult to park in our parking spaces off the alley.
