I'm sorry if I did not give enough information. This large recycling container is IN THE STREET every time I drive by. It is at the back entrance of St. Mary's Square apartments.The address is 602 Gaston Street near the intersection with Johnson Street. It's a narrow 2 way street so having this large container seems dangerous and it makes the whole street look bad.

This issue was handled by RPD's Downtown District Community Squad. The dumpster was not found on the street but staff reviewed the city code with the management of the complex and they indicated that they understand the requirements of the ordinance set out in Section 7-2004 (B)(2). We will continue to monitor this for compliance.
