I reported this same issue last week and was told that Waste Management was notified and would not be emptying the dumpsters until 7AM.
Waste Management started emptying dumpsters at 5:06AM this morning in the area of 40th Street and 69th Avenue.

I apologize for any inconvenience. The Waste Management route supervisor has met with his drivers to remind them not to service any commercial dumpsters that are adjacent to any residential neighborhoods. We will continue to monitor this area.
