Hello-please communicate with owner at 2102 W. Estes about dilapidated vehicle.
According to the city website, any vehicle on public or private property that is "dilapidated" can be towed by the city of Chicago.
This vehicle is attracting youth (using windows as target practice), rodents, and others, because the windows are shattered and glass is everywhere.
Please assist.
