The city came and put in a new pipe under the driveway. The water is still over flowing and washing away the driveway. The problem is that there is too much run off.

The City has tried to fix the problem. The culvert under the driveway has been enlarged. Didn't work. The last rain storm almost washed away the end of our driveway. Please come back and stop the run off coming from the other side of the Railroad tracks. The next rain will make it impossible to get in and out of our driveway.

Still no change. This has been going on for more two years. There has been no improvement. Metro water has still not fixed the source of the problem. The problem is the water run off that is piped under the railroad tracks behind our house.

Well I give up. Metro Water has determined that this area is in a "flood zone" what ever. They still don't care that the real problem is the pipe under the railroad tracks. So I'm going to close this without resolution.

Well this has done no good at all. Metro has done nothing and continues to do nothing about the run off from HCA that floods our property. New mayor maybe a chance that someone could listen.

we had a massive flood in our yard again yesterday. This has been going on for years and we get trash and oils. in the yard were our children play. This is a health hazard that Metro Water will not correct.

So Now codes has sent a letter to my land lady because there is trash in our yard. Well no kidding we had a rain storm and I hadn't cleanwd up the mess from the flooding.

Still nothing from the water department.

I think that the 9 years that the water department has had to fix this issue should be enough. We still have massive flooding that keeps us trapped in out house until the water subsides then the front yard is so soft that we sink into it and loose shoes. Come on fix this.

Sorry to say this has never neen fixed. They just keep saying it's on the list to get fixed. I'd say they are only telling me what they think I want to hear. Codes will run up and down the road yelling that I'm parked in the grass but nothing can be done about the flood that comes every time we get rain.

This is still an issue. They won't look at the situation and don't care that it becomes dangerous when trying to get our daughters to the school bus in the morning and it is raining. They are autistic and are frightened when it rains and they have to go to school in the mornings. I'm afraid they are going to get hurt or my wife will get hurt. You know the schools don't care if there is a dangerous situation getting to the bus stop.

We have been here almost a decade with this water issue and nothing has been done to divert the water. Metro water has done nothing but tell me they are working on it
