A Blue Lexus with plates that expired in June of 2016 has been sitting by the road, unmoved, as you turn into our neighborhood off of SW Cary Parkway onto Wax Myrtle Court for quite some time. The plate is DJD5793. As you turn in from SW Cary Parkway, you have to veer around it on a curve. I have had several near misses. It sits in the road between 2 homes. Can anything be done about it?
