I live on Breedens Lane and we were suppose to have our recycle picked up on FRIDAY due to the Holiday (Christmas). Today is Saturday, 11:00 as of yet, my recycle has NOT been picked up. I am furious! My neighbors also put out their recycle and obviously they had to pull it back in. I would like to know what the issue is for not having the recycle picked up? It was definitely two weeks ago that we had it picked up so unless they are on STRIKE, I want my recycle picked up before it overflows all over the street. It is horrible up in this area and I pay very high taxes and my area is pure FILTH! The city will not clean up this area. I've been here 14 years and have not seen any improvements, people complain about abandoned property on Liberty Avenue and the filth on Liberty Avenue and Breedens Lane. Once a year, we get the prisoners that barely bend over to pick up something and that is our cleanup. Seriously? REVERE get with the program this is the reason why people don't like living here because it is dirty and there are not improvements!
