Descrizione
Garbage left in gutters on both sides of viaduct under Lakeshore Drive and Montrose. Homeless guy spends the night and leaves piles of litter, bottles, cans, dirty socks, soiled sheets each day. Street needs to be swept on both sides of viaduct. Litter is accumulation and will soon block the one drain for the entire viaduct.
