Someone working on properties owned by Mayor Harp - excuse me, Mayor Harp's son - is blowing leaves into the street. There's a big pile in the street now, which will impede street cleaning tomorrow. Per the Public Works Department website:
Residents will incur fines for blowing, raking or placing leaves into the streets and blocking Street Sweeping operations.

Blowing leaves into the street is no longer illegal in New Haven. Neither are the following:
Prostitution
Illegal immigration
Dirt bikes in parks
Littering
Loitering on the town green
Street vending without a license
