Description

This is a repost of a previous ticket concerning these lights. The initial report was in August and Chelsea DPW stated the state was in control of these lights and that the ticket was forwarded to them. Jump to the present and those lights still have not been fixed. Can you not only send a reminder to the state but also leave this ticket open until it is resolved so there are no duplicate reports being issued.
