This spot is going to be a dumping ground until the City installs a video surveillance camera. It's dark (under a tree) and it's in front of a vacant lot.
Since 1835 appears as a neighborhood Dump Site maybe the city can park a dumpster at the curb so the tenants can figure out where to put their garbage. When I reported my tenants putting stuff out on the curb and sidewalk the city cited me even though I gave them the name and address of my tenant responsible. So where is the Justice??
That doesn't sound fair. As far as the dumpster idea goes, no, that will just encourage people to bring their stuff there to dump it for free. The dumpster will overflow.
What is needed here is enforcement, and the only way to enforce is with evidence. The only way to get evidence at 2AM to 5AM in the morning when most of this dumping happens, is to have good video cameras mounted somewhere that can capture license plate numbers. NOT easy to do in the dark.
