Description

The intersection of Fruitvale and Foothill is a problem in both directions. It would help if there was a left turn avenue (both directions) and a pedestrian crossing signal. These would greatly improve traffic flow at that very congested intersection. It would also help if the delivery trucks who double park next to the store on the corner across from the drug store would knock it off! They block an entire lane whenever they feel like it, often during rush hour.
