I also reported this same issue last August and just got forwarded to FDOT. Who will take care of this and When? Will they wait until accidents happen? It is a safety issue....
Please "Action Center" do something. Walkers and bikers use the busy main road. Please don't wait until someone gets hit by a car.

Agreed, i have seen 6 close calls accidents in the last couple months. I have dates and times etc....for the news if something happens.

There are 3-4 of these issues opened on the site for this same problem. It has gone from St. Pete to Pinellas to FDOT and back and forth and round and round. I originally reported the problem well over a year ago. The last I saw was that this is a St. Petersburg City issue to fix. The City of St. Petersburg has until the end of this week to give me a timeline to fix the problem. If I'm not satisified I'm taking it to the first local TV station that will broadcast it as a display of the ineptitude on display. I will also take it to the campaign team of former Mayor Rick Baker and current Mayor Kreisman. Tired of jogging through slick algae guys. Ball's in your court government workers. Ready. Set. Go!
